Working 1:1 with me is where we:

• Apply course learning to your real-world priorities
• Refine your messaging for sensitive or complex issues
• Troubleshoot challenges as they come up
• Keep momentum going so it doesn’t fall off.

Think of it as having an experienced strategist on your team to help you make the right media moves (as you're making them).

Each session is shaped around where you're at, and what you need most right now.

That might include:

• Pressure-testing story ideas before you pitch
• Refining messaging on complex or high-stakes issues
• Reviewing and sharpening your media pitches and releases
• Preparing and practising key messages for media interviews
• Mapping your next 1-12 months of media activity
• Working through blockers or confidence gaps
• Reviewing what’s working (and what’s not).

Everything is tailored to your work, goals, and where you are on your journey.

No. Working 1:1 with me is about building your capability and confidence to do it yourself.

But I will:

• Help you refine and strengthen your pitches
• Sense-check angles, timing, and mechanisms for change
• Give direct, practical feedback for you to implement
• Help you locate media targets and contact details.

You’re in the driver’s seat—but now you have an instructor sitting beside you to guide your journey.

You’ll have direct email access to me (from Monday-Friday) between sessions for support, questions, and feedback. I'll respond with actions and updates via email and voice/video messages.

This means you don’t get stuck waiting until our next meeting to move forward and you can keep momentum going as opportunities arise.

While the investment reflects the level and duration of personalised support you need, generally clients invest between USD$1,000-$2,000 per month (plus services tax) to work with me one-on-one.

This is considerably less than the cost to hire a PR agency to get press coverage for you. The difference is, you’re getting tailored support and building skills for life so you'll never need to rely on a PR agency to do what you can't (unless you suddenly find yourself in control of a big communications budget and want to scale your media efforts)!

I work with clients across Europe, Australia, the Pacific, and North America and structure my schedule to accommodate overlap in these regions.

Sessions are typically held within overlapping working hours, including:

• Morning/early afternoon in Europe
• Late afternoon/evening in Australia and parts of the Pacific
• Early morning in North America (particularly West Coast).

We’ll agree on a consistent time that works for both of us.

Because I’m based in Europe, availability for North America is more limited—but absolutely possible for women who can meet in early morning time slots.

I work with leaders for a minimum of three months and a typical a period of six months. Though many continue our work together after this time—especially to help them prepare for specific launches, milestones, and budget or funding seasons.

We'll collaborate through fortnightly 45-minute video/voice calls and email support between our calls. Emails and calls are scheduled and sent/received from Monday-Friday.

No. The truth is, no one can ethically guarantee you media coverage.

However, all of the clients I work with 1:1 have gone on to secure media coverage. 

My clients have also gone on to improve their public speaking abilities, secure conference and panel speaking opportunities, and ultimately progress their inside-track (behind closed doors) advocacy efforts (including by securing meetings with decision-makers off the back of media coverage).
